We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in customer interactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
