- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center experience necessary.
- Work-from-home experience preferred.
- Strong command of the English language essential.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM required.
- Fast internet connection necessary.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems essential.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up necessary.
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
