We are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Development Executive to join our team. This dynamic role involves crafting and realizing joint business plans, balancing customer success with company growth.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing robust relationships with major national trade players, driving sales and managing profit and loss elements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic partnerships with key clients to drive business growth
- Managing the strategic plan for assigned accounts to meet sales and profit targets
- Collaborating with marketing and category teams to innovate shopper solutions and drive market execution excellence
- Leading forecast planning and negotiation with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing national account sales within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets.
