Job Description:

The Benefits Navigator plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless patient experiences. Key responsibilities include verifying insurance benefits, running prescription monitoring reports, and providing accurate information to patients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of insurance policies, and the ability to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams.

  • Verifying Insurance Benefits: Ensure timely and accurate verification of patient insurance coverage.
  • Prescription Monitoring: Run reports to support safe prescribing practices and minimize the risk of medication misuse.
  • Patient Support: Provide personalized guidance to patients regarding their coverage and care options.
