The Customer Success Team is passionate about empowering underserved families to take control of their healthcare and wellbeing.

As a Family Empowerment Associate, you will work closely with real families, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and develop personalized plans to support them in accessing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the family empowerment function, managing training pipelines and supporting clinical training for caregivers.
  • Provide guidance and support to families navigating the complex healthcare system, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance our mission, leveraging technology, clinical expertise, and product knowledge to drive impactful results.
  • Coordinate community-building initiatives that empower families to rely on each other.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role, including account management, customer success development, and call center development.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills, with ability to handle complex initiatives and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement, with proficiency in spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
