Network Services Manager

The role of the Network Services Manager is pivotal in ensuring the effective management and optimization of network infrastructure technologies implemented to enterprise clients. This individual will be responsible for advocating the organization's values and principles, designing strategic plans aligned with business imperatives, and fostering an engaged and competent team. Additionally, this manager will be responsible for continuity planning, project management, service delivery, tools/processes development, and network inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continued competency and skills availability needed for individual performance.
  • Advocate a culture of passion and determination, excellence, primacy & respect, customer centricity, work-life balance, professionalism, innovation & strong collaboration.
  • Ensure healthy and productive collaboration & partnership with all project stakeholders and influencers.
  • Continuously explore, develop, and execute ways to exceed business expectations.
  • Participate in CSR activities and develop a culture of good.
Project Management and Delivery:
  • Constantly communicate with project stakeholders to formulate ways to improve delivery processes.
  • Validate and ensure completeness of documents submitted by implementation teams and endorse to operations.
  • Provide technical support when needed in the development of high-level commitments (technology, build, scope) addressing business needs.
  • Develop requirements for successful delivery of all projects under accountability within schedule and scope.
  • Recommend and justify changes and variations needed to deliver business needs.
  • Provide technical support to cross-program initiatives and special projects related to B2B (modernization, platform migration, automation).
  • Analyze and help resolve B2B provisioning issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years experience in Telco/IT environment and projects.
  • Advanced level of foundational expertise in Network.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
