Fostering learner success is a top priority. As an advocate for learners, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide personalized support to learners addressing general inquiries through various channels.
Proactively address learner concerns by suggesting thoughtful solutions and taking necessary actions.
Direct learners to relevant resources ensuring they have access to the tools needed for success.
Assist with new learner orientation providing guidance on company policies and available resources.
Review and evaluate learner data to identify at-risk learners and provide tailored advice and interventions.
Encourage learners to build accountability for their decisions and understand the impact of their actions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands efficiently.
Basic knowledge of IT concepts and tools with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
2+ years of experience in customer service preferably in an email-based setting.

Working Conditions:

Remote work setup requiring a consistent internet connection with at least 100 mbps speed.
Full-time salaried position with shift work required including evenings and weekends.
