We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional support and technical assistance, ensuring they maximize their experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through Zendesk tickets and calls, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Minimum 2-3 years of technical support experience.
- Previous experience troubleshooting hardware and software remotely is essential.
- Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Zendesk support ticketing systems.
- Background in photography, software, or event-related technology is an advantage.
