Customer Service Associate

This role involves providing front-line assistance to customers via Intercom during non-standard hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of written English, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in technical support.

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy individual to join our organization as a Customer Service Associate. This person will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Intercom, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform, and guiding customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries through Intercom.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
  • A reliable personal computer and stable internet connection.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours (11 PM to 8 AM).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
