
Administrative Human Resources Manager

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering a range of human resources services to support the growth and success of our organization. Your key role will be to provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring that all employee records and documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and other relevant documentation.
- Template Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain templates for recruitment and selection processes, including interview guides, phone screen questionnaires, verbal reference forms, and sourcing strategies.
- Compliance and Auditing: Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external HR audits post-system implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- General Administration: Provide ad-hoc HR administrative support as required by the HR team, maintaining confidentiality and security of all employee records and sensitive information.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with HRIS software would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of record keeping and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
