
Senior Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will serve as a pivotal HR representative, ensuring seamless daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
This role is designed for an ambitious professional with a strong background in human resources management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR tasks, including case solving, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Address employee grievances and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of HR cases and track resolution times for process improvement.
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities to boost productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with employees.
- Act as a mediator in employee disputes and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Schedule and conduct training sessions in collaboration with the team.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Manage employee benefits, address payroll discrepancies, and stay updated on tax regulations.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Regularly update HR policies to align with regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in HR software and systems.

Auditing Daily HR Cases
This includes performing regular audits of HR records, reviewing employee files, and identifying trends and issues from audit results.
SOP Creation
This involves developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR functions, documenting workflows, and training staff on established SOPs.
Process Implementation & Improvement
This role requires identifying gaps in existing HR processes, recommending improvements, and implementing best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
