About the role

Become a key member of the HR team at Top Taste and Trading Inc. (Clark Safari and Adventure Park), one of the leading theme park companies based in Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga. In this full-time Human Resource Officer position, you will play a vital role in driving the company's people-focused initiatives and supporting the overall growth and success of the organisation.What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. Assist with the organization of employee engagement activities and events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an operations-related company. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
