Senior Human Resources Manager Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for providing guidance and comprehensive human resources support to our clients. In this position, you will oversee the HR functions, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a diverse HR team, with at least 7 years of experience. They should be enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge and have a deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs. This includes supporting employee and leadership development, developing succession plans, and building relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also be proactive in identifying trends and proposing actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture. They will develop new HR policies and review existing ones to stay dynamic and agile.

Leveraging technology and HRIS is crucial to streamline workflow and increase productivity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing dynamics.

Bonus points are awarded for HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) and experience supporting public accounting or professional services firms. Multi-state and/or site support experience is also preferred.
