
Employee Benefits Administrator

This role involves administering various employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with labor and benefit mandates, and staying current on regulatory changes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation & Benefits + Payroll and possess excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities- Administer employee benefit programs, including submitting reports to government agencies (SSS/Philhealth/BIR/HDMF) for policy coverage.
- Facilitate filing of claims to SSS/EC/Philhealth/HDMF via online system or manual transaction to government offices.
- Secure and verify government numbers such as SSS, HDMF, TIN, and Philhealth for newly hired employees.
- Process payment for all statutory contributions and loans.
- Monitor and coordinate with messenger for payments in government institutions and/or banks.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree related to HR.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Background in Compensation & Benefits + Payroll is a plus.
