Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Employee Administrator. As an employee administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage service projects, collecting, entering, updating, and verifying employee data in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines.
  • Provide HR services, including onboarding, transfer, and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of procedures.
  • Maintain and review personnel information system data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage employee archives and labor contracts, complete file organization, and inventory tasks related to labor contract signing and renewal.
  • Resolve employee queries within stipulated timelines and process end-to-end employee life cycle activities within agreed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Prepare management information reports and documents as required.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and is comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with high collaboration, customer service orientation, integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to multitask effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in employee administration tasks, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel.
