Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This individual will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of employee benefits, and maintenance of related records.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and policy making in a unionized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of compensation, benefits, and general HR policies
- Development of new compensation, benefits, and general HR policies
- Review of proposed CBA packages
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and policy making in a unionized environment
- Familiarity with SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors (SF)
- Above-average written and oral communication skills
- Creative and analytical skills
