Job DescriptionThis role involves maintaining employee data accuracy, facilitating benefits enrollment, and managing end-to-end processes for various benefits.
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll inclusion for statutory benefits.
- Record and track employee claims such as medicine allowance, flu vaccine, and other health entitlements.
- Prepare certifications of contributions as requested by employees or required for benefits claims.
This position requires a strong sense of urgency and sound judgment while handling day-to-day benefits administration workflow including ticket management, escalations, and employee inquiries.
- Build compassionate partnerships with employees to ensure a positive experience.
- Support automation initiatives and process enhancements in coordination with IT teams.
- Continuously improve policies and practices related to benefits administration.
At least 3+ years HR experience specifically compensation and benefits/payroll with a high level of confidentiality.
- A data-driven approach with demonstrated strength in regulatory compliance required.
- A strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness in meeting set deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge in HR best practices and local labor laws.
