
Administrative Benefits Expert

As a benefits analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as providing support to employees with benefit-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead efforts to implement effective benefits administration processes, including online benefit enrollment and data imports/exports.
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accurate processing of benefits deductions and notifications.
- Provide expertise in PrismHR configurations and reports for benefit eligibility determinations.
- Act as a liaison or lead project teams to deliver business processes or automated application solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to promote departmental initiatives and build cohesive interdepartmental relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 4 years of employee benefits and HRIS experience is required, along with advanced skill level in PrismHR and Microsoft Office programs.
