Hotel Front Desk Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of guest accommodation, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Register guests, collect necessary information, and assign rooms.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, rates, and services.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP guests.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
