We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of guest accommodation, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Register guests, collect necessary information, and assign rooms.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, rates, and services.
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy.
- Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP guests.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Requirements:
