We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Software Support Specialist. This role plays a key part in assisting partners by diagnosing and resolving product issues or questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and share knowledge base articles for internal and external use, promoting best practices and informed decision-making.
  • Elevate trending issues and potential software defects to leadership and development, facilitating proactive solutions and minimizing disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, navigating complex situations with ease.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Display basic understanding of IT, Professional Services, CRM, and ERP markets, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Education and Experience:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience, emphasizing relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Possess 2+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for 1+ year of technical service-oriented experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
