We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Advocate to provide exceptional technical support and guidance to our customers, partners, and colleagues.
Job DescriptionThe Technical Support Advocate will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary, and staying updated with evolving technologies and adapting to process changes.
The successful candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations. They will be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a team.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in accordance with SLAs
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Stay updated with evolving technologies and adapt to process changes
The Technical Support Advocate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and excellent communication skills. They will also participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge and share knowledge with the team.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3+ years of technical support experience, primarily supporting via email and chat
- General knowledge of web-based and mobile applications
- Experience with SaaS products
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
