Job Title

Technical Support Expert

Our company is seeking an experienced Technical Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to our community and customers on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical assistance to our community and customers via Discord, Email, Zendesk, and Reddit.
  • Managing and escalating high-touch customer inquiries and platform incidents.
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to establish root causes of application errors.
  • Continuously improving team tools and processes by analyzing software application functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management, technical support, and System Administration.
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands and functions.
  • Experience supporting highly automated and dynamic cloud-environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
  • Cryptographic trading knowledge.
  • Jupyter Notebook experience.
  • MySQL Workbench expertise.
  • Datadog proficiency.
  • Docker familiarity.
  • Cloud-based technologies knowledge such as Linux/Unix, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
