Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in South Luzon.

Job Description
This role entails managing day-to-day sales operations, developing and implementing sales plans, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Estimated Salary: ₱120,000 - ₱180,000 per month (based on industry standards and location)
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven experience in sales operations, business development, and marketing
- Sales Operations and Customer Service Experience: Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and communication skills
- Team Management abilities: Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Property Management expertise: Knowledge of property management practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong Customer Service skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Extensive knowledge of Real Estate operations: Understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
