We are seeking a skilled Sales Business Developer to join our team at TCL.

Job Overview

The Sales Business Developer will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and closing sales deals while maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities by researching prospective leads and current clients.
  • Initiate sales calls to prospective leads or clients, providing proposals to meet their needs.
  • Closing sales deals and maintaining strong customer relationships through support, information, and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year Sales & Marketing experience in the Logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of sea and air freight forwarding, customs procedures, tariffs, warehousing, trucking, and supply chain is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Filipino Language – both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Estimated Salary Range:

PHP 50,000 - PHP 80,000 per month depending on experience.
