We are seeking a Sales Performance Executive to join our team at Transpac Cargo Logistics Inc (TCL). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage sales duties and responsibilities, from lead generation to successful closure. Your expertise will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, assess their needs, and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide high-quality sales service to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Provision: Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and offer personalized assistance and information on product features.
  • Welcome Customers and Address Queries: Greet customers warmly and respond promptly to their inquiries.
  • Sales Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed departmental sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure assigned areas are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Actively Seek Out Customers: Engage with customers to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge and Options Discussion: Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options with customers.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling possibilities.
  • Handle Returns and Exchanges: Efficiently process returns and exchanges of merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Establish Trust Relationships: Foster productive relationships with customers built on trust and mutual respect.
  • Inventory Control Compliance: Adhere to established inventory control procedures.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits may include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching program, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
