Business Analyst Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This position requires leadership and architecture experience to shape the technical direction, ensure scalable architecture, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
  • Develop custom applications, Apex triggers, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce customizations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive solution design discussions, and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Oversee code reviews, promote code quality, and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Implement and test solutions to meet functional and performance standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to upskilling within the team.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, and guide the team on adoption where applicable.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Salesforce Developer certification is preferred

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato)

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and customization

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Bonus Points:

If you have additional experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, that's a plus
