We are seeking a talented
Salesforce Developer
to design, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs. You will develop integrations, manage configurations, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance system performance. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive innovation and success.

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Salesforce Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, record pages, and automation through flows.
  • Implement Salesforce solutions that align with Spartan's operational requirements and business goals.

System Integration

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware tools, and integration frameworks.
  • Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow across integrated platforms.

Configuration Management

  • Configure standard Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing configurations and processes to support organizational needs across teams.

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Investigate, debug, and resolve Salesforce system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and assist in addressing system-related queries.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to gather and refine requirements.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and system processes to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Training & User Enablement

  • Assist in training end-users on new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Develop user guides and documentation to improve adoption and effective system usage.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Salesforce development.
  • Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Proficient in web development languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and create innovative solutions.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in the Real Estate or Investment industries is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Willing to work onsite in
