Job Description

A seasoned consultant is sought after to provide expertise in Salesforce and other relevant technologies. This individual will collaborate with executive-level business-side clients to identify opportunities, impacts, and implications of implementing these solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for expanding knowledge of technology and business operations, with excellent communication skills to distill complex information into actionable insights.

This role requires a deep understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into technical requirements. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of Salesforce and integrated systems, adhering to best practices.

Key responsibilities include providing industry expertise, preparing project proposals, and managing stakeholder expectations. The candidate will also contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership and solution development.

Preferred qualifications include experience delivering Salesforce projects in a lead role, Agile delivery methodologies, and a desire to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in CRM preferably Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Extensive experience in analysis, design, and development of medium to large, complex CRM systems or similar enterprise applications
  • Consulting and implementation experience in translating business requirements to business solutions and customer outcomes
  • Executive presentation experience with excellent written and oral communication skills
