Sr. Training Specialist
This role is a key position within our organization, focusing on the design and delivery of technical courses and skill-based training that aligns with the learning and development priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of business-as-usual, small-scale training programs.
- Lead or support quick-wins process improvements and initiatives that improve learning and development operations.
- Conceptualize, prepare, and implement new courses.
- Collaborate with trainers, consultants, and learning business partners to deliver function- or organization-wide learning and development programs or initiatives.
- Assist in collecting learning metrics and reporting for the function and entire organization.
- Coordinate external training by working with vendors to support the learning and development priorities.
- Facilitate technical courses and high-priority courses to employees and/or leaders.
- Create and maintain various training documents and aids.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business-related fields.
- A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and related fields combined.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in managing and executing programs.
- Experience in process improvement and project management is beneficial.
- Experience in eLearning instructional design is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong program design, delivery, and evaluation skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Agile project management expertise.
- Proactive response to situations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas and pivot tables) and proficiency in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to adapt to an ambiguous environment and manage time and workload effectively.
