Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Training and Development Manager to spearhead our learning initiatives. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Develop, maintain and deliver training modules on technical and process aspects.
  • Design and facilitate blended learning experiences incorporating on-the-job training.
  • Promote customer service excellence throughout all learning activities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.
  • Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on training-related issues or career development.
  • Provide coaching and support to reinforce training concepts and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop knowledge transfer initiatives for staff training.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish quality assurance methods and standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance assessments.
  • Generate reports on training effectiveness and engage managers to address knowledge/skill gaps.
  • Conduct refresher training for knowledge gaps and new product roll-outs.
  • Create and maintain documentation within Learning & Knowledge Management Systems.

This role requires expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
