Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees.


Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Training Specialist is to develop and implement effective training programs that enhance employee performance and productivity. This involves conducting needs assessments, identifying training gaps, and creating customized training solutions that address these gaps.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field;
  • At least 1-2 years of teaching, training, or facilitation experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and training software (PowerPoint, Canva, LMS, Edapp);
