Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the US healthcare industry, specifically in RCM services, with a deep understanding of upstream and downstream processes.">
  • In-depth knowledge of denial management, appeal writing, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Expertise in handling inpatient claims, payment methodologies, and coding denials.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities.">
  • Familiarity with insurance guidelines and medical records.">
