
Learning and Development Specialist

A Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with the organization's learning and development priorities.
Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing business-as-usual training programs, leading or supporting process improvements and initiatives to enhance learning and development operations, conceptualizing, preparing, and implementing new courses, working with trainers, consultants, and learning partners to deliver organization-wide learning and development programs, assisting in completing learning numbers and reporting, performing and administering external training, facilitating technical and high-priority courses, and creating and maintaining training documents and aids.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience;
- At least 4-5 years of combined experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Talent, or related fields, including 1-2 years of relevant work experience in managing and executing programs;
- Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus; eLearning instructional design experience is also desirable.
