Job Summary:
">The Training Program Development Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and performance of employees. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning and development program for infrastructure and operations roles, including technical and process training modules.">
- Design and facilitate blended learning experiences, including on-the-job training and coaching.">
- Promote customer service focus throughout all learning and development activities.">
- Conduct evaluations and assessments in a timely manner following any process changes.">
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.">
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.">
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce training concepts and ensure continuous improvement.">
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials.">
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to address them.">
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure training meets business standards.">
- Generate regular reports on training effectiveness and engage managers to highlight areas for improvement.">
