The Training Program Development Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and performance of employees. This role involves conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that employees are well-equipped to meet business needs.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning and development program for infrastructure and operations roles, including technical and process training modules.">
  • Design and facilitate blended learning experiences, including on-the-job training and coaching.">
  • Promote customer service focus throughout all learning and development activities.">
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments in a timely manner following any process changes.">
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.">
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.">
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce training concepts and ensure continuous improvement.">
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials.">
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to address them.">
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure training meets business standards.">
  • Generate regular reports on training effectiveness and engage managers to highlight areas for improvement.">
