Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and demonstrations
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also require:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief needs. The ideal candidate will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customers' experience during a difficult time.

Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.
