Remote Call Center Representative

This position involves handling inbound calls and emails from customers with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and requests, collaborating with internal teams to process orders accurately, and escalating feedback as needed.
- IDentify opportunities for new business growth through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Meet potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
You must have call center experience (6 months and above), speak and write good English, and possess excellent computer and typing skills. You should also be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
