Remote Contact Center Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

- Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and coaching to improve service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
