Education Contact Specialist

This is a remote position where you will work independently to collect and organize vital contact information from various educational institutions. The goal is to create structured databases that drive future educational initiatives.
Key responsibilities include navigating complex educational institution websites, extracting valuable contact information, building comprehensive Excel databases of educational staff contacts, and creating organized listings of educational institutions within designated school boards.
Additionally, you will need to document and verify contact information accuracy across multiple platforms, implement efficient data collection methodologies to ensure thorough coverage, and structure and format data entries to maintain consistency and usability.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Furthermore, a professional level of English language communication skills is required, as well as experience navigating complex websites and directories, and strong computer literacy and internet research capabilities.
As a successful applicant, you will have demonstrated experience in data entry and information gathering, advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management, and a systematic work approach.
