Lead Generation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a self-starting Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve operational activities.
  • Prospect for new clients through daily phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Respond to incoming leads and nurture them until appointments are set.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers in written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
