Explore a key role in our engineering team, responsible for crafting evaluation pipelines that measure AI capabilities across real-world enterprise use cases.

You will work closely with AI and infra teams to add detailed metrics for outcome-based evaluation of models and agents.

This is an opportunity to shape how intelligence is measured in SaaS 2.0, leveraging your expertise in systems, infra, or performance engineering to drive methodologies for human-in-the-loop and programmatic testing.

You will contribute to open evaluation tooling and benchmarking frameworks, shaping the broader ecosystem's understanding of SaaS AI performance.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement agent evaluation pipelines for AI capabilities
  • Develop domain-specific benchmarks for product support, engineering operations, GTM insights, and other verticals
  • Build performance benchmarks measuring latency, safety, cost-efficiency, and user-perceived quality
  • Create search- and retrieval-oriented benchmarks, including multilingual query handling
  • Instrument models and agents with detailed metrics for outcome-based evaluation
  • Drive human-in-the-loop and programmatic testing methodologies
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in systems, infra, or performance engineering roles
  • Fluency in Python and comfort working across full-stack services
  • Experience building or using LLMs, vector-based search, or agentic frameworks in production environments
  • Familiarity with model serving infrastructure and observability
  • Deep appreciation for measuring what matters
