We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in converting leads into customers and driving revenue growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. You will also work closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment on sales goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge.
  • Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills.
  • A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus.
