
Sales Leadership Expert

We are seeking a Sales Leadership Expert to lead and develop a team of sales representatives, focusing on outbound sales to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing telesales or inside sales teams, a strong understanding of the AU/NZ market, and the ability to inspire and coach a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Establish clear performance metrics, monitor results, and implement strategies to drive improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and growth in the AU/NZ market.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and markets to expand our presence.
- Collaborate with the Australian sales leadership to align activities with overall business objectives.
- Support the team in engaging with key customers, addressing escalations, and building long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality customer interactions that reflect our brand and values.
- Track team KPIs and report on performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and the AU/NZ sales team to maximise lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure CRM usage and data accuracy across the team.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales leadership.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role. They must also have a strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand B2B market.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required. A master's degree is an asset.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
