We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at Sonak Corporation.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, business acumen, and communication skills. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the sports equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop close relationships with retailers and institutions to generate continued and repeat business.
- Plan and manage inventory supply to meet customer demand.
- Oversee product inventory levels and ensure regular stock checks.
- Establish sales goals and provide coaching to improve team performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing management.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and business acumen.
- Critical thinking, clear communication, and team building skills.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and enable the team.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
