Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Specialist to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and assisting the E-Sports Sales Team in introducing our company and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Qualify potential new clients through active research and proper identification of decision-makers, influencers, and project management teams
- Schedule and conduct cold calls with clients via phone and email
- Set up appointments for product presentations, ocular inspections, and sales meetings
- Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company
- Conduct opener visits and gather accreditation information
- Process supplier accreditation requirements
- Send out company profiles, brochures, and marketing materials to prospects and clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics
Cold Call Requirements: The Lead Specialist is expected to make at least 25 prospecting calls or emails per week.
Reporting Responsibilities: The Lead Specialist will report to the Sales Manager and submit weekly reports by the end of each Friday or last business day of the week.
Time Allocation: The first month will focus on product and company training, while the succeeding two months will focus on prospecting, networking, and personal account development. By the third month, the employee will be a fully functional Lead Specialist.
Estimated Salary: ₱80,000 - 100,000120,000 per month, based on industry standards and location.
