Senior Compensation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday Rewards, Performance & Culture to join our team.

As a Senior Compensation Professional, you will serve as the SME for Workday Rewards & Performance modules, supporting design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation. You will also lead squad activities, provide BAU support, and manage EIB loads, custom reports, validation, and issue tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SME for Workday Rewards & Performance modules
  • Support, design, implement, configure, and optimize Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation
  • Lead squad activities, solution small changes, and provide BAU support (production tickets & service requests)
  • Support compensation & performance review processes
  • Handle Workday release activities and testing using Kainos Smart Regression
  • Manage EIB loads, custom reports, validation, and issue tracking

Requirements:

  • SME expertise in Workday Rewards & Performance
  • Strong knowledge of Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation
  • Deep understanding of AMR & MYIR processes
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Performance review processes
  • Compensation plans, matrices, grade structures, eligibility & rounding rules
  • Kainos Smart Regression Testing & Workday release management
  • EIB loads & reporting for validation
  • Work in a hybrid setup with flexibility (only 4–6x/month onsite)
  • Be part of a collaborative team leading enterprise-scale HR Tech transformations
