Senior Associate in People Consulting

You will be part of a team that supports clients in aligning their HR function with the organizational plans while keeping employee experience as one core consideration.

  • Leverage experience in Human Resources Transformation to support client projects, collaborating with other parts of the organization and EY member firms.
  • Support leadership in growing the practice and drive demand generation for client projects in collaboration with global offices.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the HR functional domain – process re-engineering, shared services, technology assessment, vendor selection, etc.

You will gain cross-functional, multi-industry, and truly global work experience to take your career in the right direction.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in HR Transformation and consulting domain, with a minimum 2 years of experience managing HR Transformation projects across 1 or more of the following areas: HR Tech implementation, process re-engineering, operating model redesign, HR SSC implementation, etc.

A Master's degree in Human Resources or similar full-time MBA/EMBA is required. A strong understanding of 1 or more HCM systems is also preferred.
