Business Development Manager Role

The successful Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong and long-term relations with key customer influencers and decision makers on all levels within the customer organization.
  • Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Use a value-based selling approach to position our company as the most trustworthy and superior partner – Sell on value, not on cost.
  • Develop short and long-term Sales Plans for strategic customers, determining sales strategies and tactics to meet agreed goals and objectives.
  • Fully understand the customer business environment to maximize our competitive advantages.
  • Cooperate with our internal functions as appropriate to maximize customer responsiveness.
  • Undertake and drive customer meetings, presentations, and visits as required.
  • Be accountable for and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to successful closure of contracts.
  • Undertake prospecting and, to some extent, cold calling as applicable.
  • Participate in major exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc. as required.
  • Report weekly on changes to the customer prospect list, status of deals, and necessary actions to be taken.
  • Show that we care about the customer and the success of their business.
  • Prepare and present proposals and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Regularly update input to the CRM system and other relevant sales tools to maintain full control of prospects and the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of iGaming sales/BDM experience.
  • Retail/land-based experience is a plus.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, but also independently.
  • Great interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • A creative, customer-focused outlook.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and any Asian language(s) (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.).
  • Must have a good eye for detail and be highly organized.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Collaboration and motivation skills.
  • A vast (Live Casino, Slots, and other RNG) B2C client network in Asia is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strategic planning abilities.
  • Delegation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good people skills.
