About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a deep understanding of our value proposition and capabilities to global customers.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Maintain a high volume of customer touches and meet or exceed call time expectations.
- Negotiate prices and terms with partners, vendors, and OEMs to secure business.
- Achieve performance targets established by leadership for applicable Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Sales, or Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong prior experience in inside sales and working with global accounts.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
