We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to drive our sales strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the iGaming industry, with a strong network of contacts in the UK and USA.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Gather market intelligence and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and build sustainable relationships.
- Convert leads into new business while strengthening existing client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analyze client needs and market dynamics to tailor solutions and commercial offers that meet their requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to establish thought leadership and build brand awareness.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales experience within the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated success in the UK and USA markets with an established network of industry contacts.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
