Middle Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an experienced affiliate marketing professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the USA iGaming market, strong industry connections, and a results-driven approach.

About the Role

The Middle Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate portfolio while working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners in the USA iGaming space
  • Negotiating and managing affiliate contracts, commissions, and campaigns to maximize performance
  • Analyzing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports, and proposing data-driven optimizations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Actively seeking out and onboarding new affiliates to grow the partner network
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming sector
  • Proven track record working with affiliates in the USA market with strong existing relationships
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and reporting best practices
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote and flexible environment, with availability for ongoing communication and coordination with the team
